You have all been there. Well at least I've been there.
Today I binged. Big. or at least it was the first time I felt guilty over food for a long time. My goals right now, are to eat relatively clean, with no major snacking. but today, it started off with the chicken chips, progressed to the pastry scroll and finished off with a whole block of chocolate.
but im determined not to be drawn into that whirlwind again. I want to get back on the wagon tomorrow. What's done is done, I just need to stay on it.
